Visa Application

Participants who require a visa to attend the conference are encouraged to start the application process as soon as possible after their registration, as it might be slow due to the backlog of applications at UK Embassies and Consulates around the world. However, note that the earliest you can apply is 3 months before you travel. This means that if you plan to arrive the UK around the first week of August 2023, the earliest you would need to apply for your visa has to be around early May 2023. Invitation Letter

In case you need an invitation letter to apply for a visa, please indicate this during the registration process. There is an option in the registration form to notify the organizers, and a letter will be generated and emailed to you.
