The registration link below includes the following items:

Conference fee (compulsory): Each delegate must pay a conference fee of £250 for the early bird registration (by 25th of June 2023) and £275 for standard registration (by 9th of July 2023). Note that the fee will mainly cover a Southampton bus ticket for the whole week of the conference, the cost for lunches and coffee breaks for all the conference days (including the summer school), as well as the entrance fee to visit the SeaCity Museum.

Dinner (optional): Attending the conference dinner is optional and costs £60 per person. Each conference delegate can register to attend the dinner with up to one additional person.

Accommodation at Glen Eyre Halls (optional): While paying your conference fee, you would also be given the option to pay for your accommodation at the Chamberlain Hall (at the rate of £55 per night), part of the Glen Eyre Complex within the University of Southampton’s portfolio of student accommodations. This accommodation option is recommended only to PhD students and Early Career Researchers.
